Networking is crucial in the commercial world. CDCEO works closely with corporate partners from different industries to organise company visits, industry sharing and recruitment talks. Students can interact and exchange ideas with prominent practitioners to get a deeper understanding on what kind of talent employers are looking for.
The annual Career Fair connects recruiters with students. It provides students with the unique opportunity to network with potential employers. Students can receive up-to-date market information and also gain access to internships and full-time employment opportunities from a diverse group of recruiting firms and organisations. During the Fair, they can also improve their CV writing and interview techniques by attending consultation sessions.
On 14–15 October 2025, this year’s Career Fair successfully connected over 1,000 students with more than 70 leading corporate partners from diverse sectors, including banking, finance, consulting, fintech, and e-commerce. The two-day event featured active networking and comprehensive career support services, such as bilingual CV clinics, professional portrait sessions, and AI-powered interview simulations. This annual fair continues to serve as a premier platform for linking top talent with future opportunities.

Supported by CDCEO, international career treks are great opportunities to explore potential career opportunities globally by visiting local corporates and meeting prospective employers. In the past few years, we visited places such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Singapore, as well as multinational companies including Apple, DHL, Lynk Global, Microsoft and Sia Partners.

Internship provides students with opportunities to gain valuable on-the-job training and an in-depth understanding of different industries before graduation. Students can gain business knowledge and first-hand industry experience relevant to their field of study. Such exposure can enrich their profiles and immerse themselves in their chosen fields. Successful internship experiences may also open up future career prospects.
