The programme is suspended for admission in 2020/21 academic year.

Entry requirements

You should have a bachelor’s degree with at least second-class honours or a grade B from a recognised university.

You will also need to have official academic transcripts showing you have completed studies in the following subjects: Accounting, Computer-based Information Systems, Economics, Statistical Analysis for Business Decisions, Management and Marketing. Alternatively, you can join our Fundamental Business Programme to satisfy the entry requirements for the HKICPA Qualification Programme.

The tuition fees for the academic year 2018/2019 are: HK$85,000

Tuition can be paid in 3 instalments:

  1. HK$28,400 (retention fees) within 2 weeks of confirming your offer
  2. HK$28,300 at the beginning of the 2nd trimester
  3. HK$28,300 at the beginning of the 3rd trimester

The tuition fees for *associate students are HK$15,000 per course.

Fees once paid are non-transferable / non-adjustable / non-refundable under any circumstances.
*Applicants may take individual subjects to satisfy the HKICPA requirement. Those interested should contact the School of Accountancy (Tel: 3943-8676). The PDPA Programme reserves the right not to admit students in this category if additional enrollment cannot be accommodated.

Financial Aid

Continuing Education Fund (CEF)

The PDPA is considered reimbursable for CEF purposes.


Local students may be eligible for a loan from the Extended Non-means tested Loan Scheme (ENLS). For more information, please see the ENLS website.


Subject Prize

The student with the highest overall mark in individual core courses will be awarded the Subject Prize.
